Pelvic Health Teacher Training CPD

This is an essential training course for any Pilates & Yoga teacher who teaches Women.

Enhance your knowledge of the Pelvic Floor and its function, learn why it is important to adapt exercises to help women maintain a healthy functioning pelvic floor throughout their lives.

Mary incorporates her clinical experience gained from being a senior NHS Physiotherapist in Women's health combined with Pilates & Yoga to help you develop a deeper understanding of the female pelvic floor and its dysfunctions.
