Backcare class - These classes are specifically for those who have back-related symptoms and need to progress their rehabilitation in a controlled group with a Physiotherapist or Clinical Pilates trained teacher. Movements are built up gradually focusing on warming up the joints & muscles then building up to functional stability and balance work.

Flow - An invigorating flow class (intermediate level) with Mary focusing on releasing tension in the body with gentle fluid movement & breathwork then gradually building up the pace to generate an energetic flow to improve co ordination, fascial release & build functional strength.

Pilates - Pilates (intermediate / Advanced level) focuses on classic Pilates moves with the added focus of breathwork to help rebalance the mind & body.

Ashtanga Yoga - Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, yet deceptively subtle style of yoga, that synchronises breath with movement in flowing sequences. In these classes we will use the framework of Ashtanga Yoga and work creatively to tailor the practice to each person's individual needs.  We journey through the postures of the primary series in an exploratory way with lots of variations offered for those with injuries / ailments / generally getting older.

Scaravelli Yoga - This style of yoga involves meditative movement and is a gentle yet powerful form of Hatha yoga that uses gravity and breath to release the spine and energise the body. It restores and maintains natural movement in the whole body, focusing on our natural patterns of movement to bring harmony and ease to our postures. “Yoga must not be practised to control the body: it is the opposite, it must bring freedom to the body, all the freedom it needs.” – Vanda Scaravelli
