The material and videos in this course are for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace an individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Before beginning this 6 week course please consult your Doctor or Medical /Health professional to confirm your diagnosis and ensure you are safe to start the course.

If you have had recent surgery please ensure you have had your 6 week post operative review with your consultant and have been given the all clear to start this course.

This course is not suitable if you are pregnant.

Course enrollment:

To enrol on the “reconnect to your pelvic floor” online or live course, payment must be made in full at time of booking via our course platform. Cancellation policy - There are no refunds once you have enrolled. Failure to complete the course will not result in refund or an extension of the course (The course is available to view for 3 months from date of purchase).
